Advance Directives – Instructions not to prolong life
What is an Advance Directive?
An Advance Directive is sometimes called a Living Will. It is a document stating that if you are, for example, in a coma and unlikely to recover consciousness, you do not wish to be kept alive. You can direct that you do not wish to receive medical treatment and provide guidance for your family.
Our Advance Directive Service
Our specialist team can prepare an Advance Directive according to your wishes. To make an Advance Directive, you must be of sound mind. Like a Will, an Advance Directive must be executed in the presence of two witnesses. For this reason, we will need you to attend an appointment at our offices.
